We teamed up with Property Sense to launch PropTech, an innovative platform making property letting easier for developers. Our job was clear but tricky: create an engaging animated explainer video that breaks down complex technology into something straightforward and visually appealing without relying on characters or overly technical jargon.
 
Property Sense designed PropTech to automate and streamline the letting process, turning complicated tasks into smooth, digital experiences. The platform offers easy tenant journeys, powerful backend dashboards (incorporating tools like M360), and detailed analytics to help developers hit their pre-build letting targets faster.
 
Our goal was to translate these intricate features into simple visuals that property developers could quickly understand and appreciate — highlighting PropTech’s efficiency, competitive edge, and tangible return on investment.
 
We chose a fresh, abstract, tech-inspired style for the animation, focusing on clear, dynamic motion graphics:

• We used engaging visuals and fluid transitions to showcase Prop Tech’s intuitive user interface and seamless tenant journey.
• We mapped out the complete tenant acquisition process—from initial interest right through to confirmed reservations—to highlight speed and ease.
• Animated dashboards demonstrated the analytics clearly, showing how developers could track progress, spot bottlenecks, and get useful insights at a glance.
• Visual metaphors helped contrast Zomus’s streamlined processes with old-fashioned manual methods, clearly emphasising the benefits.
• Close collaboration with Property Sense ensured the visuals perfectly matched their key messages and technical accuracy.
• The video was carefully designed to deliver the core message clearly, even when watched without audio.

The final animation clearly showcased PropTech’s value, capturing Property Sense’s fresh approach to PropTech. It resonated strongly with developers, helping to position Property Sense as leaders in the property technology sector. The client loved the animation and integrated it prominently into their launch and ongoing marketing efforts, significantly boosting audience engagement and developer uptake.
